It's difficult to implement design thinking in a company because it seems very challenging for individuals who aren't directly involved in design.

create an MVP prototype, which we tested again with our group of interested fans.

Positive feedback and 20k+ waitlist subscriptions on our landing page encouraged us to seek funding for further development. I presented our prototype at several startup accelerators in Poland, which resulted in securing funding to launch version 1 of Talebook. In the meantime, we also handled marketing by writing articles on Medium and launching on Product Hunt (we received a 4th product of the day award).
Currently, Talebook is up and running with active paying users.
