A premium accounting company from California wanted to create a SaaS solution for their clients to manage all of their reports, investments, and spending in one place.

They wanted to put their know-how of financial processes into the web and mobile platforms in order to speed up and improve their workflow and make them stand out more within their market. Our main persona was a CFO of a large organization.

The main challenge for me was to figure out how to create a user interface in cooperation with experts that work mostly on excel sheets and do not speak product design language.

Based on hours of research and meetings we have created an MVP that allows cooperation on company finances in one place.

We have divided the platform into three modules to test them one by one.

I created a basic design system to speed up the work process from the beginning.

It was good practice to use existing solutions to accelerate the creation of prototypes. We decided to use PLAID integration to simulate bank connections in our app instead of creating a custom API from scratch.
